Jeanie You

Founder & CEO

"Our actions must inspire others to learn, do and become more."

Jeanie You entered the tech world upon graduating high school.  She accepted a position at ARDIS a partnership of IBM and Motorola (creators of the technology for two-way text messaging) as the youngest employee hired at the time (her start date being pushed back until she turned 18).

She completed university as a member of the Alpha Chi Honors Society with degrees in Business Communication, Sociology and Computer Science (CIS).  She was sought after by multiple tech firms by her third year of school and her career in coding and software development was launched (only 13% of the industry being women at the time).

After a decade of coding Jeanie accepted a management position at Sports Loop, a sports marketing firm, where she worked on campaigns with members of the Chicago Bears, Chicago Bulls, PGA Tour and US Open. There she was introduced to the world of marketing and given artistic/creative carte blanche.

One year later Jeanie launched a boutique sports marketing company focused on boxing (working with US Olympic and Golden Glove champ David Diaz) as well as the newly emerging sport of Mixed Martial ArtsThe business quickly attracted team members allowing the addition of more service offerings and expansion into a variety of markets and re-branded in 2007 to become All For You Productions.

She soon began leading the marketing team for Charity Splits (an organization that helped raise funds for not for profit causes).  She designed, created and implemented online fundraising events for PAWS, Autism Speaks, Victory Junction, Tony Stewart Foundation, Greg Biffle Foundation and Loretto Hospital Foundation to name a few.

2010 Jeanie consulted a major petroleum company’s marketing department in Texas.  She improved their optics after a catastrophic crisis by helping to create a bio diesel fuel sector which spawned her love for sustainability.

She moved operations to California in 2013 allowing her to add more team members and film/video production to service offerings.  She was soon contracted by a Fortune 300 company that launched a solar sector.  Within months she helped expand their business into Electric Vehicle Charging, Battery Backup storage (UPS) and Hydrogen Fuel Cell.

2016 Jeanie lead all Business Operations for a yearlong TEDx LA project Beyond the Label challenging people to “Imagine a world where consumers knew the high cost of cheap fashion and were empowered to make a difference”. Alongside project founder Taryn Hipwell, Jeanie created immersive panels, workshops, activations and fashion shows in higher education spaces, festivals, trade shows and municipal events across the nation to “make shift happen” in the way people view "fast fashion" and its detriment to our planet, people’s health and manufacturer's lives.

Jeanie was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from Mayor Eric Garcetti, Councilmember David E. Ryu, Councilmember Mitch O’Farrell and the City of Los Angeles in recognition of outstanding citizenship and activities enhancing community betterment for her contributions as a Founding Committee Member of #ResistMarch (June 2017).  Later that year she facilitated trainings at the California State Capitol Building for members of several Caucuses (Latino, Women’s, Black, Asian Pacific Island, LGBT and Jewish) to better understand and create safe spaces for the TGNC community (August 2017) and met with Senators at the California State Capitol for the purpose of helping to push a bill that fought for workplace rights for the highly marginalized transgender and gender-non-conforming community (TGNC) (SB396 passed October 2017).

In 2018 she was the Event Producer for the highly successful TGNC Summit for the Los Angeles Community College District.  It was the 1st of its kind in the nation.

She continues to do the work for social good and human rights in these capacities:
